Step 1
Intake call
A 30-minute call to hear the situation, the people involved, the goal, and the timeline. No pitch, no obligation; we listen and write up what we heard.
How it works
What actually happens after you contact Lanternmark — in plain English, with no jargon and no surprises.
Step 1
A 30-minute call to hear the situation, the people involved, the goal, and the timeline. No pitch, no obligation; we listen and write up what we heard.
Step 2
We map the work into a one-page scope, line up dependencies (family, attorney, facility), and quote one flat fee. You approve in writing before anything starts.
Step 3
We run the engagement on a weekly cadence with named milestones. Each milestone closes with a short written update — what's done, what's next, and any decisions we need from you.
Step 4
We deliver the final artifacts, walk through where everything lives, and close out the engagement. You receive a clean summary — what was done, where it lives, and how to contact us if anything comes up.
Start here
Most families start with the 30-minute intake call — it's free, it's quick, and it ends with a written summary of what we heard and what we'd propose.
